1.Service guarantee:

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. If there was any issue with your nails (chipping polish etc.) we are happy to make corrections if needed, within one week from the date of your treatment.

• Deposits and other fees

​​

25% deposit is required to secure each appointment. 

​

• late arrival 

​​

In order to respect the time of both: our clients and ourselves, we kindly ask you to arrive for your appointment on time. If the client is arriving more than 30 minutes late, the salon has rights to refuse the full treatment. 

​

• Late cancellation / No show 

​​

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask you to notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours before. If the cancellation was not made on time, the deposit won’t be refunded and we will ask for a 50% deposit for your next appointment. If you missed your appointment twice, we will ask to pay full price in advance to book your next appointment.

2.Patch test

All new clients for any brows and lashes appointments are required to get a patch test in the salon at least 24 hours before their appointment. It is obligatory and If you won’t get it done in that time, we refuse to perform treatment, the deposit won’t be refunded. The deposit will not be transferred to another appointment.

3.Age restrictions 

​

We don’t do any treatment for clients under the age of 16 (except kids manicure) and require a written consent from an adult for services on any child under 18. 

​

4.Health history 

​

For your comfort and safety prior to any treatment, you’re obligated to inform us if you have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities, same if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

The salon doesn’t take responsibility for any complications caused by medical problems not mentioned before.

We will never collect any personal information from you that we do not need or retain any data that is no longer necessary for the purposes specified in this notice.

6.Discounts and promotions.

​

Beauty Stories Loyalty card – Every client having a Loyalty card can get 1 stamp for each appointment . The client will get a 30% discount on the 8th appointment. The cards are personal so it can’t be used by someone else.
